Area Sales Officer

Job Overview
The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for driving retail sales within the assigned area, achieving daily and monthly targets, and ensuring effective market coverage. The role involves direct market engagement, order generation, and execution of sales and promotional strategies under the guidance of the Area Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
-Execute sales plans and achieve assigned targets within the designated territory.
-Conduct daily market visits, generate orders, and ensure product availability.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
-Collect and analyze market feedback for improving product performance.
-Support the Area Sales Executive/Manager in promotional campaigns and schemes.
-Prepare daily reports and update the management on sales activities.
-Ensure visibility, branding, and merchandising as per company standards.
-Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures during all field operations.

Required Skills & Competencies
-Excellent communication in Local language, English, and Hindi.
-Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
-Self-driven, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
-Knowledge of FMCG retailing and local market dynamics.
-Ability to work independently and meet daily retailing targets.

Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduation preferred (not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in FMCG or retail sales.
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month 
Travel Allowance (TA): Yes.
Additional Benefits: Mobile reimbursement, medical care, monthly reimbursements (15th–20th), salary on the 5th of every month.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
