Job Description

Job Summary: We are urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate must have prior experience promoting and handling loan products such as personal loans, business loans, or home loans, demonstrating a strong understanding of the financial products and sales cycle. This critical role requires exceptional communication skills to engage potential customers effectively, a proven ability to drive lead conversion and achieve aggressive sales targets, and a dedicated focus on professional customer relationship management to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.

■ Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

■ Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential and existing customers to promote loan products and financial services.

• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers clearly.

• Follow up on leads, address customer queries, and convert them into successful closures.

• Maintain accurate customer data and call records.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Ensure a professional, customer-focused, and ethical approach at all times.

Key Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience in the BFSI industry.

• Experience in handling loan products (personal, business, home, or vehicle loans).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude toward sales targets. Benefits
