Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers within
the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to
drive product visibility and sales.
• Ensure product availability and maintain adequate stock
levels at retail outlets.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor daily sales
performance.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to provide
actionable insights.
• Plan and execute local promotional activities to enhance
product reach.
• Conduct daily market visits and submit regular sales
reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Age Limit: Below 38 years
• Gender: Male candidates only
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the FMCG industry (Retail /
Distribution / Channel Sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel
• Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if
applicable)
Salary:
■20,000
■25,000
(in hand per month)
