Digital Sales Executive – Vashi, Mumbai
About the Role:
We are hiring Digital Sales Executives with strong outbound sales experience. The role involves driving product sales through outbound calling, managing leads, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and relevant sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Pitch and promote digital products/services effectively.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM systems with accurate lead and sales information.
- Maintain a high standard of customer interaction and professionalism.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of outbound sales experience (any industry).
- Experience letter is mandatory to validate previous sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Not eligible: Candidates with only collection or customer service experience.
Work Schedule:
Shift: Rotational (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Working Days: 5 days/week
Week-offs: 2 rotational offs (not fixed on weekends)
Salary:
CTC: Up to ₹3.79 LPA
In-hand: Up to ₹27,000/month
