Job description: Business Development Executive/ Senior Executive
We’re seeking a qualified business development specialist for exploration of new business opportunities and relationships. Must be highly skilled at sales and business operations.
Objectives of this Role:
Developing new business opportunities, the entire sales cycle from lead generation to revenue generation. Building and a healthy sales pipeline
Outsourcing Projects basically client engagement by international calling, database management
Take a leading role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities.
Generate new leads by cold calling, messaging, and connecting through LinkedIn, proposal writing and end to end B2B sales, identify, contact decision-makers, screen potential business, generating leads from
Upwork, and working on bidding portals like Upwork, freelancer.com.
collaborating with companies, searching clients for the same in linked in, Upwork, through calling, emailing etc.
Opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
Skills:
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Communication, International Client management.
Working experience with sales techniques.
Lead generation by working on bidding portals like Upwork, freelancer.com.
Must Have:
International & Indian Sales background
B2B sales Experiences
Outsourcing projects handling
