The Hiring Company, incepted in 2022, is a new age recruitment and staffing firm based out of New Delhi. We specialise into IT, Non IT and Bulk requirements and are empanelled to more than 100+ vendors across India. We enjoy the privilege to cater more than 40+ clients specifically from the startup domain.

 

We have provided employment to over 15000+ job seekers across 20 states in India within a span of 1 year and are currently in the process of building web applications to expedite bulk hiring.

 

We believe in the ideology of “Anyone Can Hire” which means anyone, using his or her network, can help in closing vacancies of companies in need. We want to decentralise recruitment operations and are currently working towards building an affiliate network of more than 1500+ freelance recruiters across India.

 

We are currently deploying tech which can be easily accessed by job seekers for sourcing candidates across India, providing training which is suitable for employment into voice jobs.

Our Mission

We want to bridge the unemployment gap (which stands at around 7.8% in 2022) by sourcing, training and placing job seekers who are entering the job market every year. We will provide specific job training which can help them gain employable skills to work in a customer support/sales environment or specifically voice jobs.

 

We are also on a mission to provide recruitment training to aspiring professionals or people who have a good network and are inclined towards talent acquisition, who can then earn incentives by referring their own network or by sourcing to fulfil job vacancies on our job board.
