I joined the company from my college campus interview and worked there for 9 years. I worked in the Polypropylene (PP) plant licensed by LyondellBasell in various positions like Manager, Deputy Manager, Sr. Engineer, Engineer, and Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). I looked after various aspects of Commissioning, Process, Productivity, Operation, Projects, troubleshooting, Quality, Safety, Technical Services, etc. I got involved with this greenfield project from very early stages like Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Vendor Selection, Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, Operation, and Stabilization of the PP Plant (Spheripol Technology by LyondellBasell, 300 KTA capacity). I supported the team in establishing various marketable grades of polypropylene within a record time.
