Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and leadership-oriented Project Manager to lead our infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Planning and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, specifically within the Government or State Department sectors. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from strategic planning to on-site execution and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Coordination: Oversee infrastructure-related projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and execution is timely.
Project Governance: Utilize advanced project management tools and construction monitoring systems to plan, track, and evaluate progress against KPIs.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and team resources, ensuring efficient utilization and strict adherence to financial plans.
Risk & Quality Management: Apply strategic thinking to identify technical challenges and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent delays while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stakeholder & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress reports and technical documentation. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder coordination and government liaison.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Full-time regular Master’s degree in a relevant subject or M.Tech (Civil) or an equivalent advanced degree.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in infrastructure planning, implementation, and project management.
Sector Expertise: At least 3 years of direct experience working with Government or State Departments.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction monitoring systems.
Strong understanding of government procurement, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level technical reporting.
Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.
