Job Description

Job Title: Lift Executive
Department: Operations / Maintenance Support
Work Location: Gurugram (Nearby locations will be assigned)
Reporting To: Site Supervisor / Senior Technician

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Lift Executive is to carry out basic servicing and cleaning of elevators at assigned sites to ensure safe, clean, and smooth operation of lifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic lift servicing as per company guidelines
  • Clean lift cabins, doors, button panels, mirrors, and handrails
  • Use company-provided cleaning tools and equipment properly and safely

Work & Travel Details:

  • Daily travel: Approximately 15–20 km
  • Daily travel allowance: ₹100 per day (added to salary)
  • Monthly travel allowance: ₹2,600
  • Weekly off: Sunday

Salary Details:

For Freshers:

  • In-hand salary: ₹17,400
  • Travel allowance: ₹2,600
  • Total monthly salary: ₹20,000

For Experienced Candidates:

  • In-hand salary: ₹19,400
  • Travel allowance: ₹2,600
  • Total monthly salary: ₹22,000

PF and ESIC deductions will be applicable separately as per government rules.

Qualifications:

  • Education: 10th / 12th / ITI
  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Basic knowledge of lifts is required
