Based at the State/Central Office, this high-ownership role bridges strategy and on-ground execution—overseeing district teams, tracking outreach performance, building operational frameworks, and converting field insights into actionable decisions. Candidates must be graduates/post-graduates with 2–4 years of experience in operations, political campaigns, social sector programs, NGOs, or large-scale field projects, along with proven multi-district team management exposure. Strong understanding of West Bengal’s political and administrative structure and fluency in Bengali (mandatory) are required; Hindi/English is a plus.
