Job Description
We are hiring Field Associates across Assembly constituencies in West Bengal for a field-based, contractual role. The position involves regular on-ground visits, data collection, coordination with local stakeholders, and timely digital reporting. Candidates must be 10th pass or above, own a bike with valid driving license, and have a smartphone plus personal laptop. Applicants should be residents of the assigned Assembly area, familiar with local geography, and comfortable working independently in field conditions. Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge are preferred.
