Job Description
Project Manager:
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Mode: Work From Office (Daily), Full Time role
Exp required - 12 to 15 Years
Budget - 18 to 24 LPA
Joining: Immediate

Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 12+ years in professional project management, with a clear progression of responsibility.
Banking Domain: Mandatory experience leading at least two full-lifecycle banking projects (e.g., Core Banking migration, Payments, or Digital Wallets).
Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Mobile Banking channels, including mobile middleware, push notifications, and mobile security frameworks.
Methodology: Expert-level proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional, remote, or offshore development teams.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with banking integration layers (RESTful APIs, Microservices).
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
Understanding of mobile app release cycles (App Store/Play Store requirements)
