Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Senior Political Strategist. This role demands exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and a strong understanding of the political landscape. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage daily operations, ensuring that the founder's time is optimized and engagements are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain the founder’s calendar, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders. Manage correspondence and calls with professionalism.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and oversee logistics for political events and public appearances, ensuring all details align with campaign objectives.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Travel Planning: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and schedules. Adapt to last-minute changes as required.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a high-level administrative role, preferably within political, PR, or fast-paced corporate environments.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
