Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for two Associate Managers – L&D to join our growing Learning & Development team. This is a combined individual-contributor-plus-training role: you will personally deliver training programs to the sales team while also taking ownership of specific L&D initiatives, with the scope to build and guide a small team over time.
Key Responsibilities
■ Deliver structured onboarding, product/destination, and skill-based training sessions for new and existing sales team members.
■ Conduct call audits and floor observations to identify skill gaps and provide one-on-one coaching to sellers.
■ Own end-to-end execution of assigned L&D initiatives – from content design to rollout to effectiveness tracking.
■ Track individual and batch-level training effectiveness (assessment scores, call-quality improvement, conversion impact) and share regular reports with the Senior L&D Manager.
■ Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify specific coaching needs within their teams and design targeted interventions.
■ Build and refine training content, playbooks, and assessment tools in line with evolving business and destination requirements.
■ Support new seller onboarding batches, including structured training-tracker management and KPI-linked certification.
■ Take initiative in mentoring junior trainers or new joiners in the L&D team, demonstrating the capability to lead a team as the function scales.
■ Contribute to monthly rotational VOC reviews, feeding customer insights back into training design.
What We're Looking For
■ 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or a related coaching/enablement role.
■ Comfortable operating as an individual contributor while also showing readiness to guide and mentor others.
■ Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex sales concepts into actionable training.
■ Working knowledge of performance tracking – assessment scores, call scorecards, or similar quality metrics.
■ Prior experience in travel, BPO, e-commerce, or other high-volume B2C sales training environments is preferred.
■ Graduate in any discipline; relevant training/coaching certifications are a plus.
What You Can Expect
■ Hands-on exposure across the full L&D lifecycle – content, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
■ A clear growth path toward Senior Manager – L&D as the function and team scale.
■ Close mentorship from senior L&D and Sales leadership in a fast-moving, urgent-hiring growth phase.
