Location: Jharkhand & Bihar

Experience Level: minimum 5 years

Role Objective

We are looking for a goal-oriented candidate who can drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.

1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure

• Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring target achievement

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

• Collaborate with marketing for lead quality and conversion improvement

• Identify market opportunities and drive new business growth

• Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and timely updates

2 TOOLS & SOFTWARES

• CRM: HubSpot / Salesforce

• Communication: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet

• Reporting: Excel / Google Sheets

• Sales enablement: LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Project tracking (optional): Trello / Asana Skills & Qualifications

3 SKILLS Technical:

• B2B sales experience (lead generation to closure)

• Pipeline management & forecasting

• CRM management (data hygiene & reporting)

• Sales funnel optimization

• Client acquisition & account management

• Proposal creation & negotiation Soft Skills

• Strong communication & articulation

• Negotiation & persuasion skills

• Problem-solving mindset

• Ownership & accountability

• Time management & discipline Relationship-building over calls

Qualification:

• MBA or PGDM in Sales / Marketing / Business Management

• Certifications in Sales, Negotiation, or CRM tools

• Experience in EdTech / Training / Service industry
