Position: BTL Marketing Promoter – Atoma
Location: Noida, Bengaluru, Pune & Ahmedabad

 Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at malls, societies, events and BTL activities.
• Approach customers and explain Atoma’s products, services and offers.
• Generate leads through on-ground customer interactions.
• Encourage customers to register/scan QR codes and convert leads into bookings.
• Manage stalls, promotional activities, samples, coupons and customer engagement.
• Maintain daily lead/registration records and share reports.

 Candidate Requirements

• Energetic, confident and well-presented.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with women customers.
• Basic sales and lead-generation skills.
• Comfortable standing for long hours and working on-ground.
• Willing to travel locally and work weekends/events when required.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Hindi + local language + basic English preferred.

Experience: BTL / Brand Promotion / Retail / Events / Beauty / FMCG / Field Sales candidates preferred.
