Position: Community Service Officer (CSO)
Location: Branch Location
Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
Experience: Fresher to 3+ Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer enrollment and handling
- Identify potential borrowers and form groups
- Conduct field visits and village surveys
- Explain loan policies and complete loan applications
- Ensure timely loan repayment and follow-up
- Maintain customer records and update collection details
- Conduct loan utilization checks
- Handle customer queries and grievances
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in the local language
- Two-wheeler / valid driving licence required
- Willing to work in the field
- Target-oriented and good negotiation skills
- Willing to relocate if required
- Microfinance / Sales / Recovery experience preferred
