About the Role

We are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital media, political/public affairs campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand collateral.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and be able to create trending posters within 30–45 minutes based on real-time news and developments. Strong video editing skills are also required to support multimedia campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver trending posters within 30–45 minutes based on real-time news and developments.
  • Create creative content for social media, digital campaigns, event branding, infographics, and presentation decks.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and video clips for social media platforms.
  • Work closely with content writers and campaign strategists to convert campaign messaging into engaging visual content.
  • Adapt creative assets for different digital, print, and social media formats while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and visual content formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience in political campaigns, public affairs, or media agencies will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Typography
    • Colour theory
    • Grid layouts
    • Visual storytelling
    • Social media trends
