Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Chandigarh ( as per Company requirement)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

About Us:

We are a leading manufacturer of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) products such as Manhole Covers, Cable Trays, GFRP Rebars, Fencing, Ladders, and Drain Channels. We supply high-performance, corrosion-resistant composite solutions to infrastructure, industrial, and government projects across India.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and field-ready Junior Sales Executive with 1–2 years of sales experience in any construction-related manufacturing industry. The candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period with a fixed stipend. Upon successful completion, a performance-based CTC of ₹8–11 LPA will be offered.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and meet clients including contractors, distributors, and procurement heads

 Promote FRP products like manhole covers, cable trays, rebars, and fencing with technical understanding

 Assist with quotations, order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation

 Support vendor registrations and government or institutional product approvals

 Conduct daily field visits and generate lead reports

 Maintain CRM and submit visit reports and sales updates

 Participate in product demos, expos, and business development events

Qualifications & Skills:

 Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field

 1–2 years of experience in sales within construction product manufacturing

 Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

 Mandatory: Candidate must own a laptop, a two-wheeler/four-wheeler, and a valid driving license

 Fuel expenses will be reimbursed separately

 Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email for reporting

Compensation :

 Probation Period (First 6 Months): ₹25,000/month (Fixed Stipend)

 Post-Confirmation (Based on Performance): ₹8–11 LPA (CTC)

 Fuel Reimbursement: As per company policy
