Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Chandigarh ( as per Company requirement)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

We are a leading manufacturer of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) products such as Manhole Covers, Cable Trays, GFRP Rebars, Fencing, Ladders, and Drain Channels. We supply high-performance, corrosion-resistant composite solutions to infrastructure, industrial, and government projects across India.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and field-ready Junior Sales Executive with 1–2 years of sales experience in any construction-related manufacturing industry. The candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period with a fixed stipend. Upon successful completion, a performance-based CTC of ₹8–11 LPA will be offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and meet clients including contractors, distributors, and procurement heads
Promote FRP products like manhole covers, cable trays, rebars, and fencing with technical understanding
Assist with quotations, order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation
Support vendor registrations and government or institutional product approvals
Conduct daily field visits and generate lead reports
Maintain CRM and submit visit reports and sales updates
Participate in product demos, expos, and business development events
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field
1–2 years of experience in sales within construction product manufacturing
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Mandatory: Candidate must own a laptop, a two-wheeler/four-wheeler, and a valid driving license
Fuel expenses will be reimbursed separately
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email for reporting
Compensation :
Probation Period (First 6 Months): ₹25,000/month (Fixed Stipend)
Post-Confirmation (Based on Performance): ₹8–11 LPA (CTC)
Fuel Reimbursement: As per company policy
