Job Title: Construction Manager – Civil & Interiors

Location: Site-Based
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil / B.Arch / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to handle commercial office fit-out projects, including civil and interior works. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, contractor management, MEP coordination, quality control, safety and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage civil and interior fit-out work at the project site.

  • Coordinate with MEP, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire safety teams.

  • Read and understand architectural and MEP drawings.

  • Manage contractors, vendors, manpower and material deliveries.

  • Monitor project progress, timelines, quality and budget.

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve execution issues.

  • Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.

  • Manage snagging, client handover and project close-out.

Required Skills:

  • Commercial office interior fit-out experience.

  • Strong civil construction and site execution knowledge.

  • MEP coordination and vendor management.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel.

  • Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: Completed 2–3 commercial fit-out projects of 50,000+ sq. ft., preferably for corporate or MNC clients.

Salary: As per company norms.
