Consultant – Policy & Investment Facilitation THC

We are seeking a Consultant – Policy & Investment Facilitation for district- and state-level assignments involving extensive travel across districts. The role requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Commerce, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial and trade support, entrepreneurship development, capacity building, monitoring & evaluation, or data management, preferably within government or public-sector programs. The consultant will support District Industries Centres (DICs) in GIS-based industrial mapping, infrastructure assessment, and industry profiling, while facilitating MSMEs with approvals, clearances, investment support, and access to appropriate Central and State Government schemes. Key responsibilities include stakeholder coordination with GIDC, industrial associations, and cluster bodies, organizing investment promotion events and workshops, and providing policy and investor support under the RAMP programme in coordination with the MSME Commissionerate and SPIU. Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills are essential, along with fluency in Gujarati, English, and Hindi. The compensation offered ranges from ₹3.0–₹4.2 LPA (CTC), based on experience and qualifications.
