Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Content Manager to lead and manage end-to-end political content operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in handling political content, including strategy, creation, approval, and distribution. This role requires a strong understanding of political communication, campaign narratives, and digital media management.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end political content planning, creation, execution, and performance tracking

● Develop and implement content strategies aligned with political campaigns, leadership messaging, and public communication goals

● Oversee content calendars, approvals, and publishing across digital platforms

● Collaborate with political strategists, designers, social media teams, and campaign managers

● Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all political content

● Monitor political trends, current affairs, and public sentiment to adapt content strategies

● Mentor and manage content writers and creators Requirements:

● Minimum 5 years of experience in political content management

● Proven experience handling end-to-end content management for political campaigns or leaders

● Strong leadership and team management skills

● Excellent command over political messaging and narrative building

● Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced political environments

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working with political parties, election campaigns, or political consulting firms

● Strong understanding of digital media platforms and political communication strategies
