District Manager – West Bengal (Field Role): Sapiens is hiring District Managers for district-level postings across West Bengal (PAN West Bengal). This is a full-time, field-intensive role focused on SHG engagement, grassroots mobilisation, and cadre coordination, with a strong emphasis on women-centric outreach programs. Candidates must be graduates, fluent in Bengali (mandatory), and possess prior political knowledge with 2–5 years of experience in field operations, social sector, NGOs, SHG programs, or community mobilisation. The role involves mapping SHGs, conducting meetings, supporting mobilisation drives, coordinating with local cadre, monitoring outreach metrics, and reporting ground insights. Applicants should have strong local understanding, people-management skills, and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned district. Competitive remuneration offered as per experience.
