Job Description
We are hiring experienced Field Managers across Assembly constituencies in West Bengal for a field-based, contractual role offering upto 6,00,000
The Field Manager will supervise Field Associates, monitor daily field activities, ensure accurate data reporting, and coordinate closely with project leadership. Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates with 2+ years of team management and field operations experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with local geography and language. Extensive travel within assigned assemblies is required, along with a smartphone and laptop for reporting. Bengali is mandatory along with Hindi or English, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in field operations, surveys, elections, or development projects.
