Media Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and highly experienced Media Consultant to lead our communication and public relations efforts. This role requires a unique blend of strategic storytelling, technical design proficiency, and a deep understanding of the Government media landscape. You will be responsible for managing our brand image, coordinating with external media outlets, and developing high-quality visual and written content that resonates with both stakeholders and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for media houses, managing press releases, media inquiries, and high-level stakeholder engagement.
Creative Content Development: Design and produce professional communication materials (brochures, newsletters, infographics) using CorelDRAW and other creative design suites.
Social Media Management: Lead the end-to-end social media strategy, including content calendars, platform monitoring, and community engagement to boost organizational visibility.
Reporting & Impact Analysis: Draft comprehensive reports documenting media coverage, campaign reach, and communication outcomes for government review.
Visual Storytelling & Presentations: Create high-impact, visually engaging presentations for senior leadership and external government briefings.
Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and state department communication cells.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Full-time regular Master’s Degree in a relevant field or MJMC (Master of Journalism and Mass Communication).
Total Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in media management, communications, or public relations.
Sector Expertise: Mandatory 3+ years of direct experience working with Government or State Departments.

Salary: Upto 18 LPA
