Job Description

Summary The HR Executive supports end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, performance support, and compliance. The role partners with managers and employees to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment and Onboarding

Coordinate the hiring process: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.

Conduct reference checks and support offer and contract preparation.

Organize onboarding and orientation; ensure completion of joining formalities and induction plans.

HR Operations and Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS entries, and personnel files.

Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, experience) and manage documentation.

Assist with payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, variable pay) and coordinate with Finance.

Administer benefits and leave management per company policy.

Employee Relations and Engagement

Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries; resolve routine issues promptly.

Support engagement initiatives, events, recognition programs, and internal communications.

Help address grievances and escalate complex matters appropriately.

Performance and Development

Coordinate performance review cycles, goal-setting, and probation confirmations.

Track training needs, maintain training records, and support L&D initiatives.

Compliance and Policies

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and policy implementation/updates.

Maintain workplace health, safety, and DEI-related practices as directed.

HR Reporting and Projects

Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring metrics, leave).

Support HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of HR experience (generalist, operations, or recruitment). Fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered.

Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
