Job Description
Job Title: Project Lead
Project: RAMP (Raising and Accelerating
MSME Performance)
Reporting To: MSME Commissionerate / State Project Implementation Unit
(SPIU)
Location: Gujarat (Statewide – field travel required)
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree in Business
Administration or an equivalent management discipline
- Degree must be from a recognized
university
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of
relevant experience in:
- Program / Project
Management
- Consulting
- Industry or Trade
Development
- Policy Support
- Mandatory experience of
working on at least two Government of India or State Government
projects
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and
team management capabilities
- Proven stakeholder
coordination with government departments and agencies
- Excellent analytical,
reporting, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Gujarati,
English, and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Experience in MIS
dashboards, data validation, and analytics
- Ability to manage timelines,
deliverables, and compliance requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor field-level implementation
and ensure alignment with RAMP objectives
- Consolidate district-level
reports and prepare:
- Policy briefs
- Analytical notes
- Program strategies and
recommendations
- Conduct review meetings
and coordinate with:
- Government departments
- District officials
- Key stakeholders
- Ensure timely submission
of deliverables, progress reporting, and data accuracy
- Supervise district
consultants and oversee MIS dashboards and analytics
- Perform any additional tasks
assigned by the MSME Commissionerate / SPIU under RAMP
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel
extensively across all districts of the state
- Ability to work in a government
program environment with high accountability
Compensation
- Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month
