Job Description

Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Project Officer (Management) to oversee core administrative and project coordination functions. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of experience in managing complex project lifecycles, with a specific focus on navigating the procedural requirements of Government and State Departments. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring organizational compliance, team efficiency, and the successful delivery of project milestones within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Coordination:
Lead and guide cross-functional teams to ensure all project activities are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals.
Government Liaison & Compliance:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of administrative rules and procedures to ensure smooth operations and full compliance with State and Central Government standards.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project finances and team allocations. Ensure optimal resource utilization while maintaining strict adherence to financial and operational targets.
Documentation & Reporting:
Responsible for high-level documentation, including the preparation of progress reports, technical briefs, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Process Optimization:
Continuously monitor organizational workflows to identify and implement improvements in project efficiency and team productivity.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Full-time regular MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant management discipline from a recognized institution.
Total Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, or management.
Sector Expertise:
Mandatory 3+ years of experience working directly with Government or State Departments.

Salary: upto 18 LPA
