Project Officer (Monitoring)

Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and strategically minded Project Officer (Monitoring) to lead the oversight and evaluation of high-impact projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project milestones are met on time, within scope, and aligned with government standards. With a focus on risk mitigation and digital monitoring, you will serve as the central point for tracking project health and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Evaluation: Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks to track project progress against established KPIs.
Strategic Risk Management: Proactively identify technical and operational challenges; develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
Digital Monitoring & Dashboards: Utilize advanced project management tools and digital dashboards to visualize data, track real-time progress, and ensure transparency in reporting.
Financial & Resource Control: Oversee project budgets and team allocations, ensuring optimal resource utilization and strict financial discipline.
High-Level Reporting: Draft detailed progress reports, impact assessments, and technical documentation for submission to Government and State Department stakeholders.
Leadership & Coordination: Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with external vendors and government officials to ensure seamless project execution.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Full-time regular Master’s Degree in a relevant field, MBA, or M.Tech.
Total Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation.
Sector Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience working with Government or State Departments.

Salary: Upto 18 LPA
