Technical Coordinator (Geo-tagging – Technical/Data Management)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator specializing in Geo-tagging and Data Management to lead our technical project execution. The ideal candidate will act as a technical lead, ensuring the precision of geospatial data and the efficiency of data workflows. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle, applying Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions for government initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Technical Leadership: Manage technical workflows and development sprints using Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure timely and iterative project delivery.
Geospatial Data Management: Oversee geo-tagging operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of spatial data collected from the field.
Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools, particularly Advanced Excel, to manage complex datasets, perform data cleaning, and generate analytical reports for senior stakeholders.
Full-Cycle Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end technical process, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and post-delivery support.
System Performance & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical challenges to enhance system performance and data security.
GIS Integration: Ensure GIS-related domains are seamlessly integrated into the broader data management ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
Certification: Mandatory certification in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or a related field.
Total Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical project execution, data management, or GIS domains.
Sector Expertise: At least 2 years of experience working directly with Government or State Departments.
