Job Overview:
We are hiring Trainees under the National Apprenticeship
Promotion Scheme (NAPS). This opportunity is open to ITI Fresher and
Experienced candidates who are looking to start or grow their career in a
manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist
in manufacturing and production operations
- Support
machine operation and shop-floor activities
- Follow
instructions from supervisors and senior staff
- Ensure
compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain
basic work-related reporting and documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI
qualification is mandatory
- Freshers
and experienced candidates can apply
- Willingness
to learn and work in a factory setup
- Basic
discipline and teamwork skills required
Working Hours:
- 8
hours per day
- Overtime
available with additional payment
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹16,000
per month (In-Hand)

pay as per company policy
