Description

Indigifts Private Limited is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to manage sales and
oversee the growth of our organization. The successful candidate will meet business expansion
in our target market, customer acquisition, and revenue growth objectives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Building business: Generating leads for bulk queries from corporates/D2C brands.
Promoting the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’
objectives and aligning presentations to meet their requirements.

● Building a bond with clients: Building long-term relationships with new and existing
customers, and arranging business meetings with prospective clients.

● Training team: Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

● Developing retail strategies: Devising strategies to expand the brand's presence in offline
retail spaces, involving market analysis, identifying opportunities, and setting clear
objectives.

● Identifying and securing locations: Scouting for partners with prime retail locations,
negotiating leases, and ensuring that the chosen spots align with the brand's image and
target demographic.

● Setting up offline stores: Overseeing the establishment of flagship stores or pop-up
shops from conceptualization to execution, including designing the layout and stocking
inventory.

● Marketing and promotions: Creating campaigns and promotions tailored specifically for
offline channels, such as in-store events, partnerships, and local advertising.

● Monitoring performance: Tracking the performance of offline stores using various metrics
and analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions
for optimization.

● Staying updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer
preferences is crucial for success in retail expansion, continuously researching and
adapting strategies accordingly.

ADD ON RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Travel for the role
● Attending and catering to exhibitions and stalls for the brand
● Creating long term liaising with brands and corporates
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

● Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or
a relevant role
● Proven sales track record
● Experience in customer support is a plus
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
● Proficiency in English
● Market knowledge
● Communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to build rapport
● Time management and planning skills

ELIGIBILITY
BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field

REMUNERATION:
CTC Range - 2.4 - 4.2 LPA fixed + incentive on sales
