Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle filtered leads provided by the company.

Conduct 3 to 4 calls daily.

Communicate with clients via phone and WhatsApp.

Optionally conduct video calls for high-value clients.

Collect service fees from clients on behalf of the company.

Skills Required:

Strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.

High energy and confidence in conversations; talkative nature.

Confidence in previous work experience.

Good writing skills for WhatsApp communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

Preferred backgrounds: Insurance Sales, Banking, Tele Sales, BPO Sales, Ed Tech Sales.

Excluded backgrounds: FMCG, Field Sales, Retail Sales (malls), Customer Support Executive, Credit

Card/Loan Process.

Salary Offer:

INR 15,000 to 25,000 CTC, plus incentives ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000.

Hardware Requirements:

Candidates should have their own laptop and an Android calling phone. If using an office laptop, there will be some deductions.
