Job Description:

As a Team Leader (Telesales) B2B, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and leading our telesales team to achieve exceptional sales delivery, drive high sales volumes, and foster positive client relationships. You will be responsible for actively approaching targeted clients, managing existing customer relationships, and conducting market research to optimize sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the telesales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Motivate team members to perform at their best and maintain high levels of morale and engagement.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Client Acquisition: Actively approach targeted clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Utilize persuasive techniques and product knowledge to convert leads into sales and expand the client base.

Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing customers to nurture loyalty and maximize repeat sales opportunities. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of individual team members against set targets and KPIs. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance performance and address any performance issues proactively.

Market Research: Conduct market research to evaluate the efficiency of current sales strategies and identify emerging trends or opportunities. Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, with a minimum of 3-7 years of experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
