Job Description:

As a Telesales B2B representative, you will be responsible for initiating sales with potential B2B customers over the phone. Your role will involve understanding the needs of our clients and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiating Sales: Proactively engage with potential B2B customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products or services.

Needs Assessment: Listen attentively to customers to understand their business requirements and challenges. Tailor product offerings to address their specific needs and pain points.

Repeat Sales Generation: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to generate repeat sales.

Customer Information Management: Gather and document relevant customer information, including contact details, purchase history, payment methods, and feedback. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all product offerings, features, and benefits. Proactively inform customers about new products, promotions, or updates that may be relevant to their business.

Goal Achievement: Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets set by the organization. Implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed performance goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
