Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Salary Package: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 Per Month

Experience: 3-7 years (Experience in the interior industry, as an interior designer, or as a salesperson required)

• Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Interpret and translate customer needs into suitable design options.
  • Effectively communicate and present design solutions to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales and Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  • Focus on upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines, features, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, styles, and industry changes.
  • Educate customers on product details, color psychology, and design principles.
• Industry Research:
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry evolutions and best practices.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to enhance sales strategies and customer interactions.
• Communication and Convincing Skills:
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate strong persuasive skills to effectively convince customers of design solutions and product choices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3-7 years in a sales role within the interior industry or as an interior designer.
• Strong knowledge of color psychology and design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into suitable design options.
• Ability to research and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• A degree in interior design, marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
