Kutumb is a private social network for communities (think Reddit for Bharat). India, especially
Bharat thrives on communities. India has a vast number of communities based on culture, creed,
beliefs, interests, professions, etc. For example, there are more than 20000 social groups in India,
1000s of spiritual, religious, or other non-government organisations, and 100s of unique
professions. We are creating a social network for millions of members inside each of these
communities.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and create original, compelling, and impactful scripts for Facebook &
Youtube ads and other social media platforms, content in Hindi
● Conceptualize and brainstorm ideas for scripts that resonate with target audiences
and align with the product.
● Researching and understanding the target audience to create relevant and
appealing content with ensure accuracy and authenticity.
● Write clear, crisp, and captivating dialogue that effectively communicates the
intended message.
● Adapt scripts as necessary based on feedback and creative direction, while
maintaining the essence of the story
● Collaborate closely with the marketing team, editors and designers, to deliver the
output
● Work within given timelines and deliver high-quality scripts on schedule.
● Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to bring fresh perspectives and
innovative ideas to our projects.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a scriptwriter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
● Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen understanding of narrative
structure and character development.
● Proficiency in adapting writing styles to suit different target audiences.
● Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and incorporate
feedback.
● Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and authenticity in script content.
● Adept at working under deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time.
● Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback from stakeholders to improve and
refine scripts.
● Knowledge of editing and designing softwares is added advantage
● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
