About the company :

We are a group of passionate pet lovers working with a mission to help pet parents take care of their little friends. We are trying to build a community for pet parents where they can store health records, gather information from our experienced vets all consolidated on a single platform.

As we are in Dog Walking business we have a requirement of Dog walkers across the Bangalore city and in high quantity. We are planning to hire 100+ walkers in the next 1 months.

Requirements for the role

• Should not be scared of dogs
  
• Should have a smartphone
  
• Should have a bike and should be willing to travel in a radius of 7-8 km From there home base locations.
  
• Should be comfortable working between 6 AM - 10:30 AM and 4 PM - 8:30 PM
  
• Should be disciplined as this is a customer-facing role
  
• Should be willing to work with 2 monthly offs
  
• Prior interaction with pets will be highly preferred
  
• We will be training candidates on the remaining skills required for the role

Compensation

• INR 18000/month
  
• Performance Based incentives up to INR 2500
  
• Poor performers will be penalized as well- Performance metrics will be discipline and customer complaints(post validation)
