- Proven Experience of 2-3 years in Team Leading / Team Handling
Responsibilities-
- Lead, coach, and mentor telecallers team to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage customer relationships and address inquiries effectively.
- Analyse data to identify trends and optimize performance.
- Streamline personal loan process and enforce best practices.
