- Legal Entity Status: The Company operates as a strategic human resources and consultancy firm incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Service Excellence: The Company is responsible for directing and controlling the performance of all tasks within its defined scope of work.
- Revenue Model: Service fees are structured based on successful fulfillment and the completion of agreed-upon milestones.
- Financial Compliance: All billing is processed against valid invoices and is subject to applicable taxes (TDS/GST) under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Quality Control: The Company reserves the right to withhold payments or services if standards do not conform to prescribed requirements.
- Corporate Restraint: The Company may appoint third-party affiliates to provide similar or identical services as required for business continuity.
- Intellectual Property Sovereignty: All trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, and patents remain the exclusive property of the Company.
- Branding Integrity: No external party may use the Company’s name, logo, or brand assets without prior written approval.
- Standard Termination: The Company may terminate any service agreement by providing 7 days' prior written notice.
- Jurisdictional Authority: All legal matters and dispute resolutions fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
