Once your application is approved, visit thehiringcompany.co.in, select the "Login" button, and choose the Partner/Employer account type to access your dashboard.

2. Referring & Earning

Browse active job listings on your dashboard, select a role, and click "Refer." You can either upload the candidate's CV directly or share your unique referral link with them.

Your earnings are based on a "Success Fee" model. Each job listing specifies the referral reward, which is triggered once your candidate is hired and completes the employer's verification period.

Yes. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. We encourage bulk referrals as long as they meet the specific eligibility criteria for each role.

3. Tracking & Process

Yes. Partners have access to a real-time Tracking Dashboard. You can see exactly where your candidate stands—from "Screening" and "Interview Scheduled" to "Joined."

When submitting a referral, you can use the "Add Reference" section to provide contact details or letters that validate the candidate's work history, speeding up the employer's vetting process.

The final salary and term negotiations are handled directly between the employer and the candidate to ensure cultural and financial fit.

4. Terms & Support

Absolutely. THC conducts a rigorous verification of every company and job requirement before they are published to ensure our partners are referring to genuine, high-quality opportunities.

Payouts are generally subject to a "Replacement Period" or "Guarantee Period" (typically 90 days). Specific terms for each role are shared during your onboarding.
