Partner Relationship Overview

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between The Hiring Company (THC) and the Partner (Individual Recruiter, Consultant, or Agency). Unlike our general website terms, these clauses are specifically designed to govern the commercial and operational engagement of the Partner Program. By registering, the Partner acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and that this partnership does not create an employer-employee relationship between THC and the Partner. This agreement focuses on the monetization of the Partner’s professional network and the ethical standards required for candidate referrals.

1. Program Overview and Purpose: The Hiring Company Partner Program is a specialized platform designed for individuals, recruiters, and agencies to monetize their professional networks and hiring expertise. By registering, you agree to act as a facilitator between talent and verified employers.
2. Partner Eligibility and Verification: Participation is open to individual recruiters, agencies, consultants, or professionals with access to relevant talent. To maintain platform integrity, all partners must register and undergo a verification process before accessing active job requirements.
3. Zero-Cost Registration: There are no upfront costs, membership fees, or hidden registration charges required to join the partner program. We are committed to a model that allows partners to start earning without financial barriers.
4. Non-Exclusivity and Professional Freedom: Partners are not bound by exclusivity and are permitted to work with other platforms or clients simultaneously unless a specific job mandate states otherwise.
5. Access to Verified Job Requirements: Partners receive direct access to high-quality, pre-verified job openings from reputable employers. This ensures that your referral efforts are focused on genuine, well-defined roles.
6. Referral Standards and Accuracy: Partners must ensure that all candidate information provided is accurate and that the candidate has consented to the referral. Misrepresentation of candidate qualifications or experience is strictly prohibited.
7. Transparent Tracking and Reporting: The platform provides a transparent interface where partners can track the real-time progress of their referred candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
8. Commission and Payout Structure: Partners earn referral fees or commissions based on successful candidate placements. These payouts are subject to employer confirmation and the successful completion of the hiring process as per the agreed terms.
9. Modification of Terms: The Hiring Company reserves the right to update commission structures or program terms at its discretion. Any significant changes to payout terms will be communicated to partners in advance.
10. Account Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts in cases of policy violations, platform misuse, or unethical recruitment practices. All legal disputes related to the program fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
